## Abstract Two cases of choledochal cyst associated with adenocarcinoma are documented. The classical triad of jaundice, abdominal mass, and pain is not distinctive enough to make the preoperative diagnosis of a choledochal cyst and its associated malignancy. Operative cholangiogram is a very impo
