## Abstract This paper studies the existence of weak solutions of the Navier–Stokes system defined on a certain class of domains in ℝ^3^ that may contain cusps. The concept of such a domain and weak energy solution for the system is defined and its existence is proved. However, thinness of cusps mu

✦ Synopsis
In this paper we prove under the assumption of small initial data the global existence of a classical solution to the equations in viscoelasticity, associated with a free damping boundary condition. We also show that if we choose the initial data large enough, blow up will occur in finite time.
