✦ Synopsis
This paper provides existence results for the nonlinear impulsive periodic boundary value problem
where f ∈ Car([0, T ]×R 2 ) and J i , M i ∈ C(R). The basic assumption is the existence of lower/upper functions 1 / 2 associated with the problem. Here, we generalize and extend the existence results of our previous papers.

By developing a new comparison result and using the monotone iterative technique, we are able to obtain existence of minimal and maximal solutions of periodic boundary value problems for second-order nonlinear impulsive integro-differential equations of mixed type.
