In this paper, the existence of nonoscillatory solutions of the first-order neutral delay differential equations with variable coefficients and delays are studied. Some new sufficient conditions are given. In particular, conditions given in this paper are weaker than those known, so the results in this paper have wide~ application than the existing ones.
