## Hydrocracking of the phenolic fraction of a low temperature tar was studied as a function of temperature, pressure, and residence time to determine the yields of light aromatic hydrocarbons (BTX) and phenol and cresols (PC) under coal hydropyrolysis conditions. The results confirm those obtaine
