✦ Synopsis
Amorphous alloys (Feo.2 Coo.8)75 Sir B25-r (0 ~ y < 15) were prepared with the aim of studying the role of metalloids in the short range order. Room temperature X-ray absorption spectra have been recorded on Fe and Co K-edge at Daresbury Laboratory. EXAFS spectra present clear evidence of different Fe and Co environment in all the studied samples.
