β¦ Synopsis
We present an exactly solvable Hamiltonian which consists of nearest neighbor hopping and infinite range interaction. The ground state and the thermodynamic quantities are analytically given in any dimensions. When the interaction is repulsive, the Luttinger's theorem breaks down. At half filling, we explici~y show the metalinsulator transition when the strength of the interaction is vaded. At other fillings, the system is always When the interaction is attractive, the ground state is composed of pairs of electrons with 01~ spins, The low energy excitations, however, is not a particle-hole type but a pairwise excitation across the Fermi surface.
