✦ Synopsis

In this paper, existence conditions and construction of an exsct series solution for coupled diffusion problems of the type ut -Ausr = G(z,t), u(O,t) = 0, Bzl(1, t) + C&(1, t) = o, u(qO) = f(z), 0 < x 5 1, t > 0 are treated. Here A is a positive stable matrix, matrix C-'B has real eigenvalues, and no diagonalizable hypothesis on these matrices is assumed.
