✦ Synopsis
Rotationally resolved photoehtron angular distributions are reported for the two-color, two-photon process NO X 'lI (u,=O, Jg=17.5)+hv,+N0 D%+ (u-0, N=18)+hv,+NO+ X1X+ (v+ = 0, N + ) +e-. The positive and negative MT transitions (AN= N + -N) for the same value of 1 ANI markedly differ iu intensity and angular distribution. This observation indicates a strong energy dependence of the dynamical parameters that govern the photoionization of the NO D state and is consistent with the existence of a Cooper minimum in the 3po+m (I= 2) channel of the ionization continuum.
