β¦ Synopsis
Abstract
The data from three more large drainage areas are examined by the same method as in the former paper on this subject. The results show again that the variations in loss can be largely associated with variations in rainfall and temperature. It is also demonstrated that, with similar climatic conditions, the loss increases as the subβsurface has increasing permeability.
