## Abstract The goal of the CARMA (__Campylobacter__ risk management and assessment) project was to advise the Dutch government on the effectiveness and efficiency of interventions aimed at reducing campylobacteriosis cases in the Netherlands. The burden of disease, expressed in Disability‐Adjusted
