โฆ Synopsis
The Rendom Response Design is used for obtaining information from the non respondents. The existence of a refussl to respond may be the cause of non responses. The model obtained wenu to be a good alternative for reducing non sampling errors due to dishonest answers.

The response of a piping system having flexible supports to non-stationary random ground motion is presented. The response is regarded as a Gauss-Markov process. The dynamic resistances offered by the supports are specified in terms of stiffness and damping. The excitations at the supports are non-s
