## Abstract Previous studies showed that arginine‐conjugated chitosan (ACS)/DNA nanoparticles (ACGN) mediated significantly higher expression of the transgenes when compared with chitosan (CS)/DNA nanoparticles (CGN). However, the interactions between ACGN and immune cells still remain poorly under
