## Abstract A novel category of salts based on diacetone acrylamide cation (DA^+^) and the anions such as acetate (Ac^βˆ’^), trifluoroacetate (TF^βˆ’^), tetrafluoroborate (BF^βˆ’^), hexafluorophosphate (PF^βˆ’^), sulfate (SO^βˆ’^) and chloride (Cl^βˆ’^) were synthesized by usual neutralization of acids and bas
