## Abstract The diamagnetic crystalline Jodo‐Co(II)‐cobyrinicacid‐heptamethylester dissolves in benzene or toluene forming solutions which contain the monomeric paramagnetic complex unit. From anisotropic ESR.‐parameters, measured in frozen solutions, follows a ground state configuration (d~xz~,d~y
