## Abstract It is shown by ESR‐measurements on differently treated single crystals of MoO~3~ that in these crystals the localisation of molybdenum 4d^1^ electrons is always connected with the presence of protons. We determine the parameters of the transferred hyperfine interaction tensor.
We report the first observation or the resonanoeenhanced triplet&ate Raman scattering in a molecular crystal. Specifically, the resonnnce+nhanccd Raman ratterins from the T1 s&te of naphthalene in the environment of the n~phthalene:2(1,4~~od~te~~uoroben~ne~ crystalline complex is observed by excitin
