## Abstract Separate groups of mice received 25 training trials in a shock‐escape T‐maze at 7,9,11, or 13 days of age, followed by retention trials 24 hr later. During original training, all mice were trained to the goal opposite their 1st‐trial choice‐point turn. During the retraining sessions, ha
