On page 76, lines 27 28, through a printer's error, the indices for the two different coordinate systems were not distinguished typographically. The sentence should read, indicating the type of system by indices a=1, 2 for the first normalised triad and a=1, 2 for the latter general co-ordinate basis'' (i.e., upright vs slanted numerals).
