An inadvertent scribal error has been found in the paper and the correction amounts to replacing the exponential function by the corresponding Mittag-Le er function E ; 1 of the same argument in each of Eqs. ( 9), ( 10) and ( 12)-( 14). All the derivations are otherwise correct. The numerical results and the ÿgure remain intact. The ÿgure pertains to a value of = 0:8.
