The sentence involving Eq. ( 14) should start: ''Substitution of the power series in r, the first two terms of which are given in Eq. ( 11), into Eq. ( 13) gives the first of a series of recursive relations''. The signs of h 2 in Eq. ( 18) and of c 2 in Eq. ( 23) should be reversed. In the last paragraph of p. 1271, r should be replaced by r p and a factor r=a 2 should be inserted in the integrand of Eq. ( 22).

As the correct forms of the equations had been used in the analysis, the errors did not influence the results. The authors regret the errors and any confusion they may have caused.
