Some errors were discovered [1] in the computer code on which the calculations presented in this paper were based. This leads to changes in Figs. 2-7 and to modifications to some of the conclusions of the paper. The corrected figures are shown below; the captions are the same as for the original figures. In connection with these corrected calculations we add the following remarks:
