## Abstract ## Background and Objectives We examined tumor response to methylene blue (MB)‐mediated photodynamic therapy (PDT) in a murine tumor model. The goal was to investigate the effects of drug–light interval (DLI), injection vehicle, and fluence on tumor destruction. Fluorescence and reflec
