✦ Synopsis
In the original paper [1], the crystallographic directions for the in-plane B-field were exchanged due to an error when determining the orientation of the samples from the flats of the 3 inch wafer. The correct crystallographic directions are given in the new versions of Figs. 1 and2 shown in this erratum. They have been verified by employing an anisotropic etch solution (H 2 SO 4 :H 2 O 2 :H 2 O with a 1:8:1 composition) [2] and evaluating the etch patterns by scanning electron microscopy.
