In the above paper the third author was accidentally given a middle initial. We wish to clarify that Gary Rosenberg of the Academy of Natural Sciences (Philadelphia) is not the same person as Gary David Rosenberg of Indiana/Purdue University (Indianapolis), although both study mollusks.
