## Abstract ## Background Abstinence from smoking is associated with increased cravings, risk of accidents and self‐reported poor concentration. A single exercise session can reduce cravings and self‐reported poor concentration and can enhance cognitive performance among non‐smokers. ## Objective
Erratum: The effects of acute exercise on cognitive functioning and cigarette cravings during temporary abstinence from smoking Hum Psychopharmacol 23: 193-199

✦ Synopsis
Planned contrasts (with a Bonferroni correction adjustment for the number of tests) revealed that scores were significantly lower in the exercise condition at all assessments of the QSU Factor 1 (desire-affect) after baseline except at 15 min post treatment. For QSU Factor 2, effect sizes at immediately post, 5 and 10 min post treatment were 1.96, 2.04 and 1.39, respectively. Planned contrasts (with a Bonferroni correction adjustment for the number of tests) revealed that scores were significantly lower in the exercise condition at all assessments after baseline except at 15 min post treatment. Effect sizes at immediately post, and 5 and 10 min post treatment were 1.47, 1.22 and 0.98, respectively.' should be replaced with the revised paragraph as follows:
