The article above (DOI:10.1002/iir.155) was published in IIR 17:1 on pages 33–55. In the list of contents of that issue it was attributed in error to L. Qi.

The correct attribution should have been to the translator of the document, Professor Li Shuguang. We apologise to Professor Li and his collaborators for this oversight.
