## Abstract Dielectrophoresis is a non‐destructive, label‐free method to manipulate and separate (bio‐) particles and macromolecules. The mechanism is based on the movement of polarizable objects in an inhomogeneous electric field. Here, microfluidic devices are reviewed that generate those inhomog
