An article entitled "Ergonovine Provocative testing: Description of a "'Double Catheter Technique"' was published recently [ 11 in Catheterization and Cardiovascular Diagnosis. In 1982 we had already described our experience in 26 patients with this technique, in an article published in "Revista Espanola de Cardiologia" [2] (listed in Index Medicus). We catheterize simultaneously both coronary ostia with preformed Bourassa catheters introduced by bilateral percutaneous femoral puncture. The following findings were then reported:
