β¦ Synopsis
The formation for interpolymer complexes of poly(acrylic acid) and poly (mefiacrylic acid) with poly( 1 -vinylimidazole) and poly( 1 -vinyl-1,2,4-triazole) was inveStigated in WueOw solutions.
It was found that the complexes can be stabilized by hydrogen bonds, donor-acceptor interactions between acrylatc anions, and azole rings and triple systems involving alkali metal cations.
