β¦ Synopsis
Abstract
Specific volume, thermal expansion coefficient and thermal pressure coefficient are measured for poly(vinyl acetate) of different molecular weights. From these data the Flory equationβofβstate characteristic parameters v^*^, T^*^ and p^*^ are determined. Comments on theoretical expectations and experimental behaviour are made.

## Abstract In this work a study on thermodynamics of polymer blends, based on poly(methyl acrylate) (PMA) and poly(vinyl acetate) (PVAc), was carried out. Our foremost aim was to examine the molecular weight effect on polymer compatibility. The results confirm our hypothesis: the interaction param
