✦ Synopsis
Continuing our study of tungsten (0) organometallic complexes (Wilgocki et al., 1993) we have prepared new compounds of formula: trans-W(COh (cycloolefine)2. The electrooxidation of these complexes, is chemically totally irreversible under voltammetric conditions at room temperatures (Fig. 1). However, using the lowtemperature voltammetry, at platinum planar electrode, we have proved the reversible one-electron oxidation. Finally, the [W(CO)4(cycloolefine)2] unstable species has been generated [at (-60°C)-(-80°C) range] by micro-bulk electrolysis and in situ detected by ESR at -196°C (Fig. 2) using spectroelectrochemical cryostat constructed by us.

## Abstract High‐pressure Raman spectra of fullerite, a solid form of C~60~, were measured at pressures up to 4 GPa and room temperature. A change of slope (d__v__/d__P__) of the frequency‐pressure plots for the __A__~g~ pentagonal pinch mode and the __A__~g~ breathing mode was observed at 1.3 GPa,
We report on the observation of two different triplet states in photoexcited C, fullerene molecules. The following fine structure parameters were determined from spectral fits to the triplet powder spectrum: IDI [=0.0117 cm-' (12.5 mT), lJ&l=O.O014 cm-' (1.5 mT) and / D2j ~0.0047 cm-' (5 mT), l&l =O
The crystal structure of solid fullerite C6o at temperatures exceeding 260 K is the face centered cubit one. The intermolecular interaction in this crystal is short range so each C6o molecule interacts only with the neares~ neighbors. Substances having the mentioned features form a class of those wi
A comparative study of C 60 -based endohedral fullerenes was performed. From an analysis of spin relaxation times of the recently characterized Cu@C 60 metallo-endofullerene, it could be shown that the encased ion occupies a well-defined off-centre position even at room temperature. Localization on
