✦ Synopsis
EPR of YBa2Cu3OT_ z single crystals has been measured. Transition regions between metallic (t~---0) and dielectric (c5= 1 ) phases are shown to be the source of the EPR signal for single crystals as well as for ceramic samples. Decreasing of the EPR signal amplitude has been established for the single crystals which were subjected to the controlled heat treatment. The obtained effect was explained by the decrease of the transition region volume due to concentration of dislocations in the vicinity of boundaries between orthorhombic and tetragonal phases.
