## BACKGROUND. Kaposi sarcoma (KS), one of the defining tumors of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), is rarely identified in the major salivary glands. To the authors' knowledge, no previous published series has evaluated the clinicopathologic aspects of this tumor in major salivary gland
