Abstract
This report describes the detection by spectrophotometric assays of all the enzymes involved in the breakdown of glucose to pyruvate via the EMBDEN‐MEYERHOF‐PARANAS pathway as well as some enzymes of the hexose monophosphate pathway in cell‐free extracts of Coprinus cinereus.
