## Abstract A novel method for the determination of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) isoenzymes in individual fibroblast cells of mouse bone marrow was developed by combining capillary electrophoresis with an on‐capillary enzyme‐catalyzed reaction and electrochemical detection. In this method, a single a
