Partial molar heat capacities at infinite dilution C a p, s have been determined calorimetrically for HOCH2{CHOH}4CH2OH (ο€-sorbitol) in {(1x)H2O + x (CH3)2SO} at the temperature 298.15 K. C a p, s values were only slightly affected by variations of the solvent composition.
