✦ Synopsis

There have been few reports of stones in a Meckel's diverticulum being diagnosed pre-operativelylj*>3. Such a diagnosis could have been entertained in this case where calcified mobile opacities were demonstrated in plain abdominal radiographs. However, owing to their teeth-like appearance, the lesion was thought to be a dermoid.
