## Abstract Block copolymer‐type polysiloxane was synthesized to investigate the influence of metal oxide addition on the dispersity of metal particles in a polysiloxane/metal composite. The metal oxide was introduced in a newly synthesized polysiloxane to improve the electrical and thermal conduct
