## Abstract A series of polymer light emitting devices (PLEDs) based on the composite films of __N__โ€arylbenzimidazoles trimer (TPBI), poly (__n__โ€vinylcarbazole) (PVK), and a triarylaminooxadiazoleโ€containing tetraphenylsilane light emitting polymer (PTOA) were investigated.
