✦ Synopsis
We report and tabulate the energies, classifications, effective quantum numbers, and configuration mixings of the triply excited 2,4 S e,o , 2,4 P e,o , 2,4 D e,o , and 2,4 F e,o states of 3-electron systems from Z = 3 to 6, namely, Li, Be + , B 2+ , and C 3+ . For all cases considered, no electron is in the 1s state. Our results are based on calculations using the truncated diagonalization method (TDM) with hydrogenic basis functions. Where available, we compare our results with other calculations and with experiments.
