## Abstract ## Background and Objectives To report a case series of endoscopic third ventriculostomy (ETV) using laser in 40 consecutive patients with obstructive hydrocephalus. ## Study Design/Materials and Methods Under stereotactic and endoscopic guidance, multiple perforations in the ventric
