Abstract

Business aviation is a part of general aviation (GA) that focuses on the business use of airplanes and helicopters. It allows for efficient, flexible, safe, and cost‐effective access to destinations across the country and around the world. In many instances, business aviation is the only transportation option available for linking small communities and rural populations directly to population centers and manufacturing facilities. Business aircraft are offered in various categories with different levels of comfort from elementary in small entry‐level short‐range jets to spacious and luxuriously furnished stand‐up cabins in high‐capacity global‐range jets.
