Co.'s real estate operations are focused on the acquisition, development and management of a portfolio of properties primarily located in Atlantic Canada. In addition, Co. maintains a portfolio of short‐term liquid equity investments and operates Empire Theatres Limited, a movie exhibitor in Atlantic Canada.
