Autoimmune neuropathies, including Guillain-Barre Β΄syndrome (GBS), may be preceded by certain infections and accompanied by several antiganglioside antibodies. Anti-GM 2 antibodies may contribute to the pathogenesis of GBS following cytomegalovirus (CMV) infections, which usually shows severe neurol
