β¦ Synopsis
A case of emboiization of an unexpanded Wiktor stent while attempting to traverse an expanded Wiktor stent is reported. The embollzed stent was subjected to longitudinal axial traction, using a balloon catheter to causo stretching and partial unraveling. This partially unraveled stent was deployed across the dissection to scaffold it. The patient had no postprocedure complications.

## Abstract Objectives: We attempted to investigate incidence and predictors of recurrent in stent thrombosis (IST) after successful treatment of a first IST. Background: The occurrence of recurrent IST after successful treatment of a first IST may be a decisive factor for patient clinical outcome.
We report on a case of coronary embolization of an elastic membrane fixing the ACS RX Multilink stent over its balloon, after a successful stent delivery. The membrane was dislodged from the balloon in the ostium of the right coronary artery as the delivery balloon was being pulled back into the gui
