We analyze the electronic states in the cylindrical quantum well-wire (QWW) with randomly distributed neutral, D 0 and negatively charged D À donors. In order to calculate the ground state energies of the off-center donors D 0 and D À as a function of the distance from the axis of QWW we use the rec
