Abstract

The electron mechanism of the nonequilibrium vibration excitation is considered in multiatom molecules with the condition that the bottleneck effect takes place. The quantumโ€statistical theory states that if the simplest enzyme reaction is proposed on the basis of the vibrational energy recuperation idea, the vibrons emitted in producing the free product and enzyme activate the first stage of the formation of the Michaelisโ€“Menten complex and the multiphonon feedback mechanism is realized. Resulting solutions are applied to explain some biochemical and genetic effects.

## Abstract An analysis of the boson (phonon and photon) distribution in the presence of a steadyโ€state, nonequilibrium molecular subsystem is presented, providing thermodynamic criteria for the boson chemicalโ€potential term, the generalized vibrational emissivity function, and the Bose type of con
