โฆ Synopsis
Metastable H(2s), H2(c3&), and probably O(%') fragments are formed by electron-impact dissociation of H20. The fragment translational energies are given by time-of-flight measurements and their identities and electronic states are determined by approximate threshold energies and deuterium isotope shifts.
