## Abstract Rhenium‐188‐labeled ReOCl~3~(PPh~3~)~2~ is an important reactive complex which can be prepared in > 95% yield by the reaction of perrhenate (^188^ReO~4~^βˆ’^) or perrhenic acid with triphenyl phosphine (PPh~3~) and HCl with subsequent extraction into CH~2~Cl~2~ or CHCl~3~. The yield is de
