Abstract

Lithium‐doped strontium fluoride crystals were successfully colored electrolytically, and a lot of F, M (F~2~), M^+^ (F~2~^+^) and unidentified color centers were effectively produced in the colored crystals, which should mainly benefit from the appropriate impurity doped in the crystals, coloration temperature and electric field strength.
